Silky Sands. Tulum, Mexico and Playa Del Carmen

Tulum’s spectacular coastline – with all its confectioner-sugar sands, jade-green water and balmy breezes – makes it one of the top beaches in Mexico. 

PARADISUS PLAYA DEL CARMEN- LA PERLA

Words can't describe the amazing experience we had here! The resort is huge and beautiful and consists of 2 (or 3 depending on your view) different sections. The first section is Esmerelda - this is the family friendly resort. The second is La Perla which is adults only. This is where we stayed.

The rooms were large and modern - a huge soaking tub and a 2 person shower. A jacuzzi on the large balcony with ocean view. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. They offered many services such as Aromatherapy where they would spray your room during turn down service. You can request that the mini bar be stocked with your choice of beverages and snacks. 

We stayed for seven days (7) in this place and we came back to the room one day and found champagne, flower heart shaped petals, chocolate covered strawberries, and a bubble bath drawn on the balcony. It was the definition of true luxury and romance!

All of the restaurants on the property were wonderful! The food was fresh and delicious - I was pleasantly surprised for an all inclusive! They definitely don't skimp! Some of the premium wines  cost extra, and the restaurants are all amazing. Our favorites were La Palapa, Bana, The Grill, and the martini bar!

The Hotel is near 5th avenue where you can shop and just be careful cos there are a lot of bad reviews about this place. But theres a wonderful shop that I really like its called STUDIO F! I so love the designs and the fabric of the clothes! 

Personally - we had no regrets on our hotel of Choice---
